Professional Scouter Promoted

Scott Seibert, Scout Executive is pleased to announce that effective August 15, 2011: Colin Earl will assume additional responsibilities and be promoted to District Director. Colin will continue to oversee the Learning for Life District including Scoutreach, Golf Tournament, Woodbadge and Eagle Brunch.
 
In addition to the above listed, Colin will now oversee the Dubuque District Executive, Dave Langlois and ensure the success of the Dubuque District. Colin will also be working on grants and foundations to help grow the financial wellbeing of the Northeast Iowa Council, and the NYLT course. 

Colin has been very successful in the Northeast Iowa Council because of his drive, enthusiasm, and capability. Colin looks forward to working with the traditional volunteers of the Dubuque District and helping them achieve “Gold” status in 2011.
