What motivates you to give your time to Scouting?
Seeing and helping the youth enjoy and discover the outdoors is my highest motivation to volunteer my time to Scouting.

What aspects of Scouting do you enjoy the most?
Camping, exploring nature, and gaining & sharing knowledge of the outdoors are my favorite aspects of the Scouting program. The bond and comradery between the adult leaders throughout the Northeast Iowa Council is amazing. I have really enjoyed getting to know everyone involved in Scouting, especially through Wood Badge.

On behalf of the Northeast Iowa Council, please help us say thank you to a very dedicated Scouter, Neil Dodgen!
