Project Description

Pack 10 helps clean up Lincoln School

Cub Scouts from Pack 10 in Dubuque helped clean-up Lincoln Elementary school on May 19th as part of a neighborhood clean up in preparation for an Historic Home Tour.

Four Cub Scouts, two siblings, and four adults met at Lincoln school where they formed teams and were handed gloves, bags, and directions. Each team spiraled out from the school on their clean-up mission and returned after 30 minutes. The group was successful in cleaning up the entire Lincoln school yard in approximately one hour. They were responsible for collecting 12 bags of trash and recyclables.

Each member of the clean-up crew celebrated a job well done with a root beer float provided by the Lincoln School Parent Teach Organization.
